Customer satisfaction

The Trust occupational health service (OHS) is committed to delivering services which are customer focussed and we openly seek feedback from all our clients.

Feedback is an important source of information for learning, improving and developing the service. Customer satisfaction is measured through concerns and compliments received in a number of ways:

  • customer satisfaction surveys
  • concerns and compliments cards in every clinic
  • informal feedback in meetings and clinical interactions.
